WATCH VARIETY SHOWS!

Seeing pictures and music videos doesn't help me at all. Their styles change and it's IMPOSSIBLE to get them all right. And I'm not even new to this, I'm just bad with names in general when it comes to K-pop. TT_TT

BUT what I noticed is that I'm pretty good at names of people I know personally, and I figured out that it's because I have personalities to pin on everyone, so they all stand out and their name becomes familiar with that trait and I will know who people are talking about, and soon I will know what that person looks like and BAM, their name is pinned on them and it's all memorized.

So yeah, find their personal traits, read comments on pages, find out who they're talking about, google them if you're unsure and it should work out. ^^

:)

Its a challenge to learn names and remember faces. The way i found was easier for me was to watch shows that they are on and watch their MV over and over again. Especially big groups like SJ and EXO

I would say...

Watch variety or reality shows!!!

Like for new rookie groups, they do MTV Diary and that's the best way to learn their names I think. You get to know their personalites better and find who your bias is all while learning their names! ^^

wow

I don't remember how I can remember most of their names :)

Try watching more variety shows and videos and try to remember each of the member's specialties/ styles as each of them usually have different roles in the group

eg: leader, maknae, the cool ones, lead vocalist, the cute ones, the charismatic ones, etc etc

^_^

In my own experience.......I started searching about that group and save some pics of them. I do even edit those pics to put their names in it and started memorizing. After I memorized it, I challenge myself to look to their other pics and identify who is who and check my pics with their names that I saved if its correct. But everytime I failed I just go back to what I am doing until I memorize them all. After memorizing their names and faces that's the time that I started watching their MV's and the shows that they guested so while watching their videos I point who is who. But I think it depends to the new kpop fans what strategy will they do just to memorize the names of the group that they loved. ;)

Definitely start by watching variety shows that they are on! Specially the ones where they appeared when they were rookies/relatively new! Hope this helps^^

Variety shows!

Lots of variety shows do introductions when the group is still pretty new. A lot of groups also have their own variety show. Plus, they're really fun to watch! ^^

My Solution:VIDEOS

This how I remembered names of people in a group. I usually try to find random videos of them because those usually have the names of each member. I also try to look up information on the group to get to know them better. If I remember each member's personality I'll most likely remember their name. Watching anything from music videos to variety shows might help too. Hope this helps!

reply:

I litterally just keep looking up pictures and bios of each group/artists. (Thank you fan sites/blogs!). And also just keep watching MVs and anything related to the artist on YouTube until you can make distinictions xD.

Infinite was ironically the hardest for me to remember >.< Sunggyu, Sungyeol, Sungjong, they all rhyme -__-
