As I've already seen it twice, I was wondering about it.

 

It seems like the last orders shipped (15& and Topp Dogg M&G) are still marked as "processing" in accounts.

 

How can I know if my orders were shipped?

Do you have the "shipment" section even if it still says processing?
 

Should I write to Mwave about it? (don't want to bother them too much tho)

I don't think this has happened to me before but I've heard of Mwave not updating the latest status of packages. If you think it should be sent out already, you can send them an email to check if it has been sent out yet. It's best not to wait too long before asking so that they can be aware of it asap. Don't worry about bothering them. It's your right as a customer to ask. :)

My 2PM Love&Hate order still says "processing" I already got it today. I even ordered tracking number with it, what a waste. -_-

I was asking this after reading Coraly's story (and some others that are the same) Some people didn't receive emails, still have their orders as "processing" and have no "shipment" info in their orde and still, they'd received their order. And as, recently, one of my order was lost, sent back to them and then they reshipped it and it took so long, I'm a bit scared/paranoid about my others orders. I'll wait a bit and if I don't have anything mid-August, I'll write to them. Thank you for your replies anyway :)

Processing means that the order is being sent through then packaged. When it's shipped, it'll say shipped

Go to

'My Account' on the top right corner of the page, click on the page and click on the view order

 

Right under the print order button, there's order information if you see the word 'shipments' beside the word invoices, your order have been shipped :)

Really? I think it doesn't work if the order still says "processing".

I received my order yesterday and I don't have the "shipments" link...

Previously when there's system glitch, my order status was changed from 'processing' to 'shipped' but the M&G haven't happened yet, that's how I track my shipments after that.

 

Guess there's some error with MWave shop this time

Well, emailing them is the best way to be sure.

I received my order with my 15& and Topp Dogg album yesterday but I didn't even know it was shipped because I didn't receive an email and my order still says "processing". (first time it happens to me tho).

I personally don't really trust what's written on my account, several times an order was marked as "complete" but it was in fact shipped like months later. x) It happens often and with a lot of people.

So yeah, the better way to know exactly if it's shipped or not is to email them, unfortunatelly.

Did you receive an email from Mwave saying your orders shipped? If you did and it still says processing, Mwave might not have updated your orders page in your account yet. They're a little slow with updating, I noticed too this morning when I got an email from Mwave saying one of my orders shipped, but when I checked in accounts it still said processing. I was thinking of emailing them but I checked again a couple hours later and my order was marked as "complete" ^^ So if you got an email, then your orders should be on their way, but if you don't notice any changes then maybe you could email Mwave. :) Hope this helped!
