It worked fine until now.

But today I tried to make an order and the payment didn't get through correclty.

It's like when you make an new paypal account and you don't complete the registration.

The payment email is not the same as asual, so I don't know if Mwave made a new paypal?

Anyway, I just wanted to know if it's just on my side or not. :/

I made

an order yesterday, the check-out process is the same as usual but my status is still "Payment Review" instead of the usual "processing" and my payment is still 'unclaimed' when I check my PayPal acc status. Think I should probably send them an e-mail

They fixed it today. Try to make one today maybe.

Because I made one few minutes ago and it works again, so it should be fine now!

I had the same issue :/ Mine was Bernard Park's M&G. Mwave told me to cancel it anyways because I think they have no means in getting the payment. I've mailed them regarding the OOS albums and yet to receive a reply ! Mwave can be quite slow sometimes lol ._. And I realised that our profile pic remains in the mosaic pages though we canceled our orders :o

Hey guys

I just receive an e-mail from MWave telling me to cancel the payment that couldn't went through because there were a crash with MWave and PayPal's website resulting in the payment failing to go through and they have send an e-mail requesting for new payment to be made within 48hours through PayPal if we still wants to keep the order.

 

Do check your e-mail :D

Guess I'm going to have to contact mwave regarding this as well. Are the payments going in fine now, though? Anybody tried purchasing anything after cancelling the previous ones?

Um... I'm not sure if Mwave is confused about their own email for paypal. Based on past paypal transactions, their email for payment was always paypro@mail.global.netmarble.com, not mwaveshop@cj.net ㅇㅅㅇ For the latest transactions, it changed to pay2@mail.global.netmarble.com

Yes, it used to be "paypro@mail.global.netmarble.com", but in their last reply they told me that they deleted it and made a new one which is "mwaveshop@cj.net".
