is anyone else having an issue when they log into mwave and then go to the shop it gives you an error screen? it will not let me use the shop when i am logged in at all.

Ive been having this same problem omg im so worried ive tried logging in on multiple computer and devices but nothing works

nothing i do helps...

its wierd cause this just recently happened to me. I was able to use it just the other day and changed my password a good while before I ordered the BTS Signed albums. I have been trying everything and anything but nothing is working. I hope that Mwave themselves can figure out what the issue is

That's odd. It's working fine for me, but try shutting down the computer and going back on. Sorry I'm not much help! Good luck :]

I'm having the same issue and I've found 3 or 4 others who have the same issue. I got a general answer saying to just clear my cache and cookies, but it's clear they didn't read my message to them as I've done all of that including trying multiple computers and devices. No one I've talked to has been able to get any help or resolution other than starting a new account. Which is sad because, I don't know about others, but I have a ton of processing orders I need access to in my account.
